Buying property in France from the UK is harder than it needs to be. Portals mislead, language gets in the way, and big decisions get made from a distance with little more than photographs to go on.
With a background in architecture and property development, and fluent French, the aim is to be the person you'd want in the room — someone who can read a set of plans, spot a problem before it becomes expensive, and tell you honestly whether a property is worth pursuing.
Our job is to take the distance out of the process. We search, visit, speak to the agents and notaires in French, and report back in plain English — so you can make confident decisions without having to live in another country to do it.
